Arrival

Please aim to arrive at the Wild Lodge at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled joining time of your course.

Meals

Meals are included within most of our programs, however additional snacks and bar food are available in the evenings and during start days.

Towels

Towels and soap are provided in each room. These should last for your program and are not changed at any point, so you may want to bring an extra towel with you if you’re staying for more than a couple of days.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 5.00pm on the last evening of your course so we will have time to prepare it for the new arrivals.

Equipment

All specialist equipment will be provided. Any equipment that must be provided by the student will be listed in the trip/course joining notes. Most required equipment is also available for hire.

The Bar

The Sunset Bar/Cafe, is open on site during lunchtimes and evenings. Sales of alcoholic beverages are restricted to evenings only except by prior arrangement for private group bookings.

The Shop

We stock various items: chocolates, sweets, books, batteries/bulbs, rucksack liners, maps, basic medicines, toiletries etc.

Additional Accommodation

An air conditioned 3 star hotel is available within transfer distance of The Wild Lodge for additional party members if all lodge rooms are fully booked. The Wild Lodge can assist clients with booking rooms here. Please ask for details.

Travel Directions

By Road: Take the 305 Road from Bangkok to Nakon Nayok. There turn right on the 33 towards Prachinburi. Continue along the 33 until reaching the main roundabout. Here take the first left exit on the 3077 to Khao Yai National Park just before the entrance to the Park take the right turning to Ban Huei Kassem, after approx 2 km you will see the signposted left turn to the Wild Lodge

By Public Bus: Take the Bangkok - Prachinburi coach from the Southern Bus station in Bangkok. Collection can be arranged from the coach station in Prachinburi Town. Alternatively take the Bangkok – Kabinburi coach and ask to be dropped at the roundabout, taxis buses are available from her directly to the park entrance, or we can collect you by prior arrangement.

By Train: Take the Bangkok - Prachinburi train from Hua Lum Pong Station in Bangkok (approx 2 ½ hours) collection from the train station (45 mins away) in Prachinburi town can be arranged

As part of our on-going commitment to minimizing our impact on the environment we would like to encourage our clients to consider transport that minimizes their carbon footprint, things as simple as car sharing make a difference.
